Overview

For the last 5 years I have focused solely on design. However, for most of my career I also would fluidly pivot to a front-end Dev role as needed. I have written and managed code on everything from simple marketing websites to enterprise CRM dashboards. In the new era of AI generated vibe coding and no-code tools (the site you're looking at was built in Framer), I believe it's still vitally important to truly understand how code actually works.

These skills have also allowed me to form a bridge between Design & Dev teams at every stop along my career. In fact, that role has become a niche for me. Most recently at Jenius Bank the very first thing I did after starting was to form a partnership with the mobile Dev team to improve the working relationship with them.

Zenmonics Sunbird UI

Angular front-end for all of Zenmonics digital banking applications. This project was so successful that FIS Global purchased the company solely for it, and used it as the basis for their white labeled banking system.

My Role

I created a new product demo & user testing project, but it also ended up being the foundation of the Sunbird production UI. I worked on behalf of the UX team to create the UI as per design specs, wrote responsive HTML/SCSS, set up angular routing, reusable components, page templates, and deployed demo builds.

Zenmonics Style Guide & Component Library

WCAG 2.0 compliant Angular component library to use throughout all of Zenmonics banking applications. This is was a Storybook-like reference project to help the backend devs correctly use the UI components.

My Role

I created the project using the Angular CLI. I customized Material Design components to match the Zenmonics UI. Wrote reusable custom UI components from scratch. Ensured that all components are WCAG 2.0 compliant.
